Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on 365pkr. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or using different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in suspension of all associated accounts and may result in forfeiture of any balances pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false information, including misrepresentation of age, constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365pkr login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. Any activity conducted from your account is your responsibility unless you have notified 365pkr of suspected unauthorised access. 365pkr will never ask for your password via live chat, SMS, or email.
365pkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including CNIC copy, proof of address, and payment method verification) at any time. Withdrawal of funds is conditional upon completion of a satisfactory KYC review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
365pkr accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT (TRC20). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. A minimum active wagering history may be required before a withdrawal is approved. Funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a re-verification process. 365pkr reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered on 365pkr are subject to individual promotion terms stated at the time of the offer. Where not otherwise specified, the following general bonus conditions apply:
New 365pkr members who qualify for a welcome bonus must meet the stated wagering requirements before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The welcome bonus is available to one person per household, per device, and per IP address. 365pkr reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time.
All bets and wagers placed on 365pkr are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring your bet selections are correct before submission. Technical errors that result in incorrectly placed bets must be reported to customer support immediately. 365pkr is not liable for losses arising from user errors in bet selection.
All cricket and sports betting markets on 365pkr are governed by the specific sport rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform. Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, settlement rules vary by sport and market type. 365pkr reserves the right to void any bet where it is evident that the odds were published in error or where the integrity of an event is in question.
All casino games on 365pkr operate in accordance with the published rules of each individual game. For slot games, the RNG and RTP information certified by the game provider applies. For live dealer games, the rules of the table as stated by the live croupier govern the session. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the casino's server records are the authoritative record of game state.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market before a wager is placed. 365pkr reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

No part of the platform may be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 365pkr.
